This LG GSL560PZXV American fridge freezer comes with a plumbed water and ice dispenser, which you will need to plumb into your water supply, this will allow you to dispense filtered water and cubed or crushed ice on tap. You will need to keep buying filters to keep your ice and water tasting fresh (normally every 6 months) and a warning light on the display will tell you when it’s time to change the filter. The ice maker is situated in the freezer and does take up quite a lot of space, so think carefully if you are actually are going to use this feature.

There is a standard two year warranty for parts and labour and LG claim their Linear Compressor uses less components than conventional compressors, therefore making less noise, so they have given the compressor a 10 year warranty (parts only).

From the LED display you can set the temperature of the fridge and freezer as well as setting different options, such as Fast Freeze, which will freeze your food rapidly, so it better retains its nutrients and taste.

The Moist Balance Crisper™ incorporates an innovative lattice-type box cover which maintains moisture at an optimum level, great for keeping fruit and vegetables as fresh as can be.
