Kenwood KSBSDIT20 Review
This Kenwood KSBSDIT20 American-style fridge freezer comes in a black finish.
It offers cubed or crushed ice and chilled water on tap, all you need to do is plumb it into your water supply. You will need to keep buying filters to keep your ice and water tasting fresh (normally every 6 months) and a warning light on the display will tell you when it’s time to change the filter. The ice maker is situated in the freezer and does take up quite a lot of space, so think carefully if you actually are going to use this feature.
From the LED display you can set the temperature of the fridge and freezer as well as setting different options, such as fast chill and fast freeze, which will cool your food down rapidly, so they better retain their nutrients and taste. There is also a Holiday mode where you can turn off the fridge but keep the freezer running.
There are two drawers in the fridge and the freezer, with the rest of the storage being shelves. The shelves are in fairly fixed positions in the fridge, so little opportunity to adjust shelf heights.
The open door alarm will warn you if you have left the doors open.
