      Kenwood K250CFW17 Review

This Kenwood K250CFW17 chest freezer comes with Winter Security and will continue to work in ambient temperatures as low as -15°C, so can be placed in an unheated room, such as a garage.

It will need to be manually defrosted from time to time, it is best to do this when you see ice start to form, otherwise the ice will start to take some of your storage capacity and the compressor will have to work harder to cool your food through all that extra ice.

There are two baskets where you can keep your most commonly used items as these are easy to see and retrieve food from. You can set the temperature from the LED display on the top of the chest freezer and also activate the Fast Freeze function which will rapidly freeze fresh food to keep the taste and nutrients intact.

An alarm will sound if the temperature starts to rise or if you leave the lid open for too long and there is a lock, so you can keep curious hands from pinching your treats.

It has an A+ energy rating which is standard for a chest freezer.

Remember to take a read through my chest freezer buying guide before you make your purchase.
