This Indesit XWDE 961680X W washer dryer comes with a 9kg wash and 6kg dry capacity, which makes it one of the largest washer dryers in the market. 1600rpm is the fastest spin speed possible, so will remove more water from your clothes, which is great if you regularly use the dryer, as it will cut down on the drying time and thus reduce energy costs. Be aware though that a 1600rpm will leave your clothes more creased and should only be used on more durable fabrics like cotton. You can of course manually lower the spin speed if you want to.
The ‘Push & Wash’ button just needs to be pressed for 2 seconds and then your washer dryer will start its preset wash and dry programme for a 3kg load of laundry. Indesit claim this could save you time, as you don’t have to turn any extra dials to choose a programme.
There is an LED display to show you how long is left until your cycle finishes and you can also set a time delay to wash at a time more convenient for you.
There is an AirFresh programme to refresh up to 1.5 kg of whites at 30° C in just 30 minutes and the Express Wash & Dry option will have a small load washed, dried and ready to wear in just 45 minutes. Other special programmes include Anti-Odour and Sports.
