This Indesit IDVL 86 SD vented tumble dryer has an 8kg capacity and is sensor controlled (uses sensors to determine when your clothes have reached the specified level of dryness), with the option to also use a timer.
There is no display to show you how long your drying cycle has left until it finishes, but there are progress indicator lights which will inform you at what stage of the cycle the programme is currently in and the time delay will allow you to dry your clothes at a time more suitable for you.
You can adjust the heat setting to either low or high, it is recommended to use a high heat setting when drying cottons and a low heat setting for more sensitive fabrics. There is also a Refresh setting, where you can quickly refresh clothes that do not need washing but have a slight odour eg slightly musty, been in your cupboard for a long time
If you’re in a hurry there is a small load quick dry option, other special programmes include Jeans, Sports and Wool.
Indesit offer a 10 year guarantee on parts (1 year for labour), but to get this you have to remember to register your warranty and parts are only free if they are fitted by Indesit, read here for more details.
