The freezer will need manually defrosting (roughly twice a year), if you do not want the hassle of defrosting the freezer then you should choose a frost free model.
The 60/40 split on this fridge freezer is good if you require more fridge than freezer space, it all depends on your cooling needs and priorities. If you require something with even more fridge space, then best to opt for a fridge freezer with a 70/30 split and for more freezer space a 50/50 split would suit you better.
