This Indesit BWA81484XWUKN 8kg washing machine with 1400rpm spin speed comes in a white finish. The capacity is suitable for smaller families, if you have a big family you might want to opt for something with a larger capacity.

The ‘Push & Wash’ button, which when pressed for 2 seconds, will start the washing machine at its preset programme, which is a 30°C wash at 1200rpm which will take 50 minutes. Indesit claims this can save you time rather than setting a new programme every time you go to do the washing.

There is a low temperature 30 minute quick wash will allow you to wash a small load of lightly soiled clothing. Other special programmes include Sport, Wool, Anti Odour and Duvet.

There is no time remaining display to be able to see how long your wash has before it ends, but it does have programme progress indicator lights to inform you what stage of the cycle it is currently in eg wash, spin, end. The delay timer will let you wash at a time more convenient for you.

Indesit offer a 10 year guarantee on parts (1 year for labour), but to get this you have to remember to register your warranty and parts are only free if they are fitted by an Indesit engineer.
