Beko GNE60520DX Review

This Beko GNE60520DX American fridge freezer is not as wide as a  standard sized American product (by roughly 7cm), so a good option if you are tight on space. It has a large fridge section at the top with two freezer drawers below and is backed up with a 2 year parts and labour warranty.

You will need to plumb this unit into your water supply to benefit from the ice and water feature, the water is dispensed straight from the fridge door, whilst the ice collects automatically in the freezer

The NeoFrost Cooling system uses two fans and evaporators to help maintain optimal humidity and freshness, it also ensures there are no transfer of odours between the fridge and freezer and the air flow cooling should ensure speedy chilling and an even temperature.

Active Fresh Blue lights uses blue LED lights in the salad crispers to maintain the vitamin content and nutrients in your fruit and vegetables and there are also two low temperature drawers in the fridge to keep meat, fish and dairy items safely stored.

From the LED display you can set the temperature of the fridge and freezer as well as setting different options, such as fast chill and fast freeze, which will cool your food down rapidly, so they better retain their nutrients and taste. There is also a Holiday mode where you can turn off the fridge but keep the freezer running.

If you leave the doors open for too long an alarm will sound.
